The company’s net earnings per share (EPS) currently stand at a record high of NT$14.13, an increase of NT$3.13 from the same period last year and surpassing the NT$14.11 of 2020. In order to cultivate biotech talents and deepen industry-academia collaboration, Eastern Group donated funds to construct a 23,141 m2 biotech building to National Taiwan University (NTU) in January of this year. Eastern Group President Gary Wang and NTU President Dr. Chung-Ming Kuan signed a “Letter of Intent on the Donation of the Biotechnology Building and Industry-Academia Collaboration.” The building is expected to be finished in six years.
