Biggest Winner of the National Brand Yushan Award! Gary Wang Showcases Formidable Strength Behind Three Consecutive Years of Accomplishments – Five Eastern Enterprises Swept Up 18 National Brand Yushan Awards

   The much anticipated annual event of 2022, the National Brand Yushan Award held its 19th award ceremony this evening (10/19). After sweeping up 11 awards last year, the ever-formidable Eastern Group, led by President Gary Wang, made a new breakthrough this year. Five of Eastern’s affiliated enterprises, including ET New Media Holdings, Eastern Natural Beauty, ecKare, ETtoday Pets, and A-Yi Abalone sold on ETMall took home a record-breaking 18 awards and once again became the biggest winner this year.

   The National Brand Yushan Award is the most authoritative and largest corporate branding award in Taiwan. Rigorous review is carried out by a panel of judges from industry, government and academia. The panel selects the most “Outstanding Enterprise”, the “Outstanding Product”, the “Outstanding Popular Brand”, and “Outstanding Leadership” out of the entrants in order to recognize the outstanding performance of enterprises. It also serves to encourage the companies to build brand advantages towards “quality, brand, and taste” and to enhance the competitiveness of national enterprises. At the ceremony, in addition to the gathering of experts from different sectors to witness the historic moment, Vice President Lai Ching-Te, Vice Premier Shen Jong-Chin, and Deputy Interior Minister Hua Ching-Chun, as well as other dignitaries also attended the ceremony. They were there to present the trophies in person to recognize the achievements of all the winners and the efforts of the award-winning brands in their effort to uphold quality.

   In recent years, the general economy has been severely impacted under the severe test of the pandemic.    Among them, Eastern Natural Beauty won the National Brand Yushan Award for the third year in a row. This time, it won seven “Outstanding Product” awards with its brands STREMARK, BIO UP, Mori Beauty, and ecL. Out of which, “STREMARK’s Advanced Revitalizing Lotion” and “BIO UP’s Ultimate Lift Regenerating Micro Treatment Essence” were first-time award winners. ET New Media Holdings won the OMO Advertising Business Platform Award, securing its position as the number one new media in Asia. The excellent products of ecKare, including “Probiotics PLUS,” “ecL’s Damascus Rose Floral Mist,” “Ginseng Vitality Eye Cream,” “Ginseng Revitalizing Age-defense Essence Cream,” and “Regulative Essential Oil Blend 05” all won the Outstanding Product award. ETtoday Pets won the Outstanding Enterprise award, while its products “Bone Supplement,” “Pet Probiotics,” and “LM Dog Shampoo” received the Outstanding Product award. Sold by ETMall, “A-Yi Abalone,” with its Michelin star rating, won the Most Popular Brand award; while its popular products “Abalone Chicken Noodles”, “Buddha Jumps Over the Wall,” and “Year of the Tiger Chinese New Year Banquet Combo” won the Outstanding Product award.

At the 18th National Brand Yushan Award, Eastern Natural Beauty won three Outstanding Product awards, while ecKare won the a total of 11 awards, including the Most Popular Brand and seven Outstanding Product awards. Over three consecutive years, Eastern Group has been honored with a total of 35 national awards, demonstrating its formidable business strength and excellent product quality.
